General Questions

  • What is your Rental Criteria?

    To apply you will need the following. 

    • Proof of before tax income for the entire household that is equal to or greater than three times the advertised rent. 
    • List of places you have lived the past three years.
    • We do not use a minum credit score we look at what is on your credit. 
    • Please note that higher risk credit may require higher deposit and co-signers. 

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. 

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 


    From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.


  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
